■大学への提供（大学からの求めがあった場合）
・提供する目的：就職活動支援およびキャリア支援のため

・提供を受ける者の組織：学生が所属する大学のキャリアセンター
【3】当社は、事務作業のため、当社と機密保持契約を締結した会社や個人事業主に個人情報を委託することがあります。ただし、目的の範囲を超え、個人情報を使用させることはありません。
【4】当社への個人情報の提供は、すべてご登録者の任意となっております。
ただし、当社が依頼する情報をいただけない場合、適正なサービスの提供ができない場合があります。
【5】利用目的の通知、個人情報の開示、訂正、追加又は削除、利用又は提供の拒否、第三者提供記録の開示、その他のお問い合わせ等については、以下問い合わせ先までご一報ください。

[1] Japan Career Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will use the personal information provided to us solely for the following purposes:
・To process registration for the event and manage participants
・To provide information and communications regarding the event
・To verify the identity of the individual when inquiries are received
・To distribute useful information related to job hunting, including events
[2] The Company will disclose the personal information provided to us as follows:
■ Provision to Companies Participating in the Event (if you select “Receive information from companies”)
・Purpose of provision: To support job hunting and provide information related to this event
・Items of personal information provided: Full name, school name, email address
・Method of provision: Email
・Recipient organization: Representatives of companies participating in this event
■ Provision to Universities (if requested by the university)
・Purpose of provision: To support job hunting and career development
・Items of personal information provided: Full name, student ID number, affiliation (faculty, department, etc.), academic year
・Method of provision: Email
・Recipient organization: The career center at the university to which the student belongs
[3] For administrative purposes, we may entrust the handling of personal information to companies or sole proprietors with whom we have entered into confidentiality agreements. However, we will not allow such parties to use personal information beyond the scope of the intended purpose.
[4] The provision of personal information to our company is entirely voluntary on the part of registrants.
However, if you do not provide the information we request, we may be unable to provide our services properly.
